Kvarnen - Arvika

I absolutely loved it! We happened to be driving into this small town and looking around for a coffee shop. We saw this beautiful ambiance and decided to settle down there. The order was placed in the café itself. I asked for a cocoa and he melted a chocolate and refined it with milk. The cocoa was very creamy and aromatic, which I really liked. A few small, home-made specialties were also offered. My family and I chatted briefly in German and didn't agree on what the dessert in my picture is, which the owner funnily tried to explain in German If I remember correctly, it's some kind of homemade foam kiss. The owner is a super nice person, super friendly and relaxed and when I'm back in Sweden this cafe will be on my list. 5/5 stars in every respect, thanks for the great memory

Very nice place with nice staff and great vegetarian and vegan food. I did not miss the meat. Very well balanced tastes. Very relaxed atmosphere.

A great plant based kitchen, with a small and very fresh menu. Super friendly staff with a great atmosphere.

Perfect as always. Herring plate with home maid pickled herring was super. The food arrived quick. The other guests had different shrimp dishes and were satisfied as well.
