Taco Bell - Arvada

I ordered a quesadilla, and they didn’t even melt the cheese properly. The entire experience was disappointing. They really need to step up their game; it’s like they don’t care about their customers. The staff looks overwhelmed and unmotivated, which affects service. Honestly, they should consider closing if they can’t provide better quality. This felt more like a fast-food experience than a proper restaurant.

The dining room is open, but the lobby is closed, which can be quite inconvenient. It seems they struggle with personalizing the experience for their customers. If you're considering trying the food through the drive-thru, I would advise against it, as I waited nearly 20 minutes for my order.

Every review about the wait in the drive-thru is spot on. I've spent less than 20 minutes in this car line only a couple of times. Every visit, even with just one car ahead of me, feels like they take a break between orders or something. Sometimes, the line stretches back 9-10 cars deep, and the doors are closed. It ends up taking 45 minutes to get through. They also replace items without informing customers, knowing that people won't check the packaging. Plus, the refund process is nonexistent. All Taco Bells in this area are just as bad, but the incredibly long wait here makes this one the worst. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

- what? I'm gonna have to wait. that's not my problem. my problem is eating itself. not only were my articles not as I ordered, the tortillas they used are burnt tasting! I immediately noticed that something was out when I opened my wrapper and the tortilla brown, not know! the smell alone was enough to not even try. my other articles with tortillas were all the same. I just wasted and time for the last time in this taco bell! I advise them to go somewhere else if they have the chance!

Let me add my name to the long and distinguished list of people who have had a terrible experience with this location. Not only did I wait 30 minutes despite there being only 3 cars in front of me they gave me the wrong order then argued with me about what I ordered when I mentioned it. Not sure how 2 taco supremes, a burrito supreme and 3 chalupas got confused with 3 crunchy tacos, 3 soft tacos and 4 bean burritos but they claimed 1) i didnt speak clearly enough and 2) i confirmed on the screen that is what I ordered. I guess I should be happy they gave me anything. As much as I didnt think it was possible amidst all the rumors about their meat several years ago, taco bell has gone way down hill since the pandemic.
