Qdoba Mexican Eats - Arvada

I was disappointed to be rushed through the line with no one behind me, but since it was around 8 PM, I tried to be understanding, as it was later in the day. Usually, the food here is delicious and well-prepared, and the service is friendly, but this visit was different. Once I got home and started digging into our order, I noticed that the food was excessively salty—almost inedible. It took us a moment to realize the culprit was the chips we had picked up with our order (which we had already poured into bowls). Each chip seemed to have an excessive amount of salt clinging to it. Given the prices charged for fast casual food, mistakes like this shouldn't happen. It completely ruined our meal, and we didn't have the energy to drive back and address the issue after a long day of shopping.

I used to love going to this restaurant, but I won't be returning at night anymore. The new night manager clearly doesn't prioritize customer service and is more focused on other things. If you want to receive prompt service, I recommend visiting in the early evening instead.

I eat at Qdoba about twice a week and recently tried the breakfast for the first time. It was fantastic! The staff and the restaurant at this location are excellent.

The staff tonight was absolutely amazing! We love Qdoba already but just because of the crew that was working there tonight around 7:00pm will be the reason we return to this location. They were wonderful and their manager should be very proud.

Fuzzy's cancelled our order at 6am on the day of our company lunch. We tried to order catering with Qdoba but understand the order needs to be placed 24 hrs in advanced. Pedro at this location was so great and helped us get enough taco kits for our company lunch. Thank you so much for working with us Pedro!!
