Contribuiți la feedbackLa Patisserie Francaise in Arvada, CO has been a family tradition for special family events for over 7 years. My family has always included their special cookies for family birthdays, holidays and family meetings. I contacted this bakery to order a custom order for cookies for my daughter's upcoming birthday party and was surprised by the unprofessionality I received when I had questions about pricing. The increase was exaggerated to the point where the price was 4x more than what I spent in the past and wanted to know why. While talking to General Manager Lynn, who was so rude that I was shocked, she wore the title of General Manager. She had no customer service skills. Also, I could not answer why a custom cookie order has increased from 50 cookies price to $200. Then I asked myself to speak to the owner Sadie Russo. Another young lady got on the phone that she was Sadie Russo (which was positive not her) she became very rude and insulting that I should take my business elsewhere like "Walmart" because I couldn't afford her prices. Doesn't sound like something a OWNER would say to a loyal customer. What happened to the friendly customer service I have always received, very puzzling? This facility was always very pleasant to work and now I feel like my loyalty doesn't count enough to be heard what I wanted to order. They were not even creative enough to offer other suggestions or solutions to keep my business. I will no longer use this bakery for my needs, very disappointed.
La Patisserie Francaise opened for me early. Your written hours for Friday are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. I had to be at work at 8a and could not go back for a pickup. Lynn at La Patisserie Francaise was happy to open at 7:15 only for me. This gesture of customer service is just a sweet and tasty for me as their wonderful croissants!
I have seen a comment here about waiting for a seller who helps them to order a cake. It was reacted with a very close response from an employee. That happened to me, too. I was not even recognized by the employee there, and I waited for more than 20 minutes, even in the line to be recognized. It was just rude. There was no conversation with friends, but a comment I will be with you at a moment would have been appropriate. Don't give me the grocery comment because I worked in these environments and never treated someone like that. You can have great products, but your staff is overall rude and snobby.

Great French bakery! Not the cheapest, but extremely hood. All pastéeles were buttery, flakey, and creamy in the best way.
