Cucina Roma Roma - Arvada

For our entrees, three of us selected the Eggplant Parmesano, two opted for Chicken Marsala, and one had Chicken Cacciatore. The Eggplant Parmesano was outstanding, served with angel hair pasta and homemade marinara, making it the best eggplant dish available for under $10. The chicken dishes were good too; the Marsala was enjoyable but didn’t receive the same rave reviews as the Cacciatore. After two visits and feedback from many diners, it's clear that Cucina Roma Roma is an excellent and affordable choice for family dining. The menu features traditional Italian dishes along with specialty options typically found in more upscale restaurants. It's hard to find better value than what Cucina Roma Roma offers. Some may not appreciate the decor, but I found it charming and reminiscent of the Italian restaurants I visited in my youth, as well as Bellisimo in Pueblo. I also appreciate that Chef Alaya Overfelli is usually present, ensuring that the loyal staff takes good care of the restaurant. On this visit, however, our waitress was clearly new and struggled to deliver orders correctly. Nevertheless, this minor hiccup hardly detracted from the overall enjoyable dining experience and great value. Despite the strong competition in the area, I wholeheartedly recommend Cucina Roma Roma. They are sure to remain a strong contender among local Italian dining establishments.
