Chick-fil-a - Arvada

You were drying with your customer service! better than many restaurants I've ever had! I've always been in the drive, but today I came in and woouow I was amazed with the service of the moment I entered until I left. you really know what good service means!

Worst experience I have ever had at a Chick Fil-A I told them I have a pickle allergy I repeated myself ten times to this cashier who knew nothing about promotions and my food was delayed 20 mins and was still brought a sandwich with you might ask PICKLES. All we hear is our apologies every time like do your job your payed to do or stay home ?

Always great food and service! Those kids outside in the drive thru are all over it. Scares me to see them so close to moving cars but they get it done and are cheerful even in the hot sun. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a lemonade. The lemonade is such a nice change from soda and was nice and cold. Sandwich was excellent, of course.

The girl that took our order didn't listen... either because she doesn't speak very good English or just wasn't paying attention. I clearly asked to substitute my fries for a salad and add a fruit cup, she just added both to the order. And spelled my husband's name wrong even though he spelled it out for her. Normally I wouldn't say anything but she turned my $12 wrap meal in a $23 order before my husband even ordered anything.

This store is awesome. Very clean and kind staff. I was 30 minutes early to pick up a large phone order and the staff went above and beyond to get it taken care of right away. Jairo was exceptionally helpful and even carried it to my vehicle. All of the staff was exceptionally friendly and I'll definitely be using this location for our church's orders in the future. Thank you so much!!
