I had the pleasure of enjoying a private degustation dinner with Chef Simon over the weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it was truly amazing! Simon was very accommodating of food intolerances and created a delicious menu paired with excellent local wines. Not only was Simon a fantastic host, but he also joined in on the fun with our group. This experience will definitely be a highlight that we'll remember for years to come! Vegetarian options are available upon request, and Simon is able to cater to all dietary restrictions. The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch, and there was plenty of free parking available. The price per person was A$180-200 for a dinner meal.
