Tea Station - Artesia

Terrible, rude service. Went with 3 friends on a quiet weeknight to split a couple pitchers of tea. About 10 minutes later the staff threatens to kick us out if our table doesn't spend at least $16. Service was very slow. No one was at the front desk, I had to wait at the cashier for nearly 5 minutes before someone processed our payment. Tea was okay, but overpriced. Bathroom was disgusting with an overwhelming aura of ****. Do not recommend, I do not plan to return.

I go here often because it opens late and their tea drinks are much better than their competitor next door. To be honest, the drinks here much pricey!!!!! however, I come back every time, so what can I say? Also give their scallion egg pancake a try, it comes with a good dipping sauce

This Tea house is great place to come by and enjoy some delicious tea. I been coming here for many years. The staff is young so sometimes they're distracted talking that they may forget to come by and take your order. But overall the staff is friendly and the place is clean. Prices are good and they saty Open late.

Table service was horrible and slow. Server didn't take orders with a notepad, and of course proceeded to forget multiple items. Not a single direct glance in our table's direction for our entire time there, needed to do some emphatic waving or leave our seats to get physically in front of them to get their attention. We weren't even impolite in the slightest, and the time we came in was not busy. They sure were fast with the check and promotional deals, though. Tea is also really weak, but at least the boba was decent. If you eat actual food there, just get small dishes, which also aren't horrible depending on what you get (but it's honestly really hard to mess up Taiwanese sausage). The others have almost no flavor.

I must say, the Beef Wonton soup was delicious. The waitstaff were very friendly and accommodating. However, I was quite disappointed with the manager. As it was my first visit to this restaurant, I approached the counter to inquire about the teas. After deciding on the soup, I informed the staff that it was for here, and the manager hastily urged me to move out of the way simply because there was one person behind me. When I brought up his attitude to the waitress, she mentioned that he is always grumpy. He seemed quite anxious, pacing back and forth, biting his nails, and I noticed he doesn't wash his hands when preparing drinks. Additionally, he was also very rude to the staff. Honestly, I won't be returning. Good food and excellent customer service need to go hand in hand. If I can't have both, then I won't be giving my business to this restaurant!
