Jack In The Box - Artesia

I mean... it's a Jack in the Box! You know what to expect of the food. It's a nice Jack in the Box as Jack in the Boxes go, though!

Worked night shift on tuesday night at the drive thru window has really bad costumer service! i asked to switch out curly fries to french fries she said NO! i asked for sauce she said okay at the window so rudely! not tolerablewhoever

I specifically asked for the side of ranch and extra sweet and sour sauce and hot sauces twice and asked again when I got the bags, I asked is the sauce in here and the lady said yes. I can’t even understand why she would put other sauces besides the one I asked for? It’s something so simple and sounds shallow but it upsets me. It’s just a sauce, but please get it right.
