El Pollo Loco - Artesia

This place is notorious to deliver in a reasonable time. Today is one of these days. I waited 20 minutes and no delivery yet. I called twice without answer. I had my dog so I couldn't walk in. I went through the ride where I was told that they just completed my order. I placed my order 20 minutes before pickup time. That means they needed 40 minutes to complete my order? I find it hard to believe. The drinks were also wrong! This can be my last visit to this place and possibly this chain quite good.

I didn't take photos, but I'm sure I'm not the only one with this complaint. Staff friendly and why not. The food very badly arranged / packed, spend more than $50 in a bag I got from top to bottom... Large tray w 16pc chicken (the hardest product) Then... 3 containers from sides and the salsas For some reason in the floor put my burrito The chicken opened in the way home because it leaned to the side. Stopped by for the new Birria tacos, which are 5.79 per taco, but I bought 3. Get home open the tacos to find scorched tacos not even edible? I know that they are not served that way had them at another El pollo loco and they we great. So I tried to call to complain, guess what no one answered the phone? Must get too many complaints.

Horrible service and management, if I could zero stars. I did an online order, and they put my al carte chicken breast with one of my meals and the chicken. Was burned, mostly bones and small, than I called ahead to add salsa avocado and an extra bag, it wasn't in there, thank God I checked before the girl left. (Curbside) also tried calling 8x and no answer, finally someone answers, young female manager and doesn't apologize at all, doesn't tell me anything but that I can come in an exchange the chicken, Im don't live in the area I was going to another job for the day and picked up there. This is the worse service ever, worse customer service from a manager. When I ask to when the GM would be in she said she didn't know.
