Burger King - Artesia

I placed an online order. Waited at my table like the app said. then when I went to the counter. The manager SUSAN told me I had to get to the back of the line before I had said anything. She said “are you DoorDash or what” When I asked about my mobile order she said “go to the back of the line, I can’t help you” as I asked for a refund she said “take it up with the app” then turned her back to me and walked off. Went for Breakfast was a little wait in the line. Hash browns were very hard. Food: 3 Service: 4

The drive thru can be a bit slow at times, but that's the norm in this area, what IS different is how friendly and polite the staff are. I've never had a bad interaction with the staff at this restaurant. The food taste exactly as you expect, ive never received food that was incorrect or cold.
