I believe this restaurant may have a better atmosphere during warmer weather, but my experience on a cold day was uncomfortable. The mushroom coffee tasted like water and the burrito we ordered was cold and unusual, despite us being long-time vegans. The avocado toast was actually more like an open-faced sandwich with plenty of cucumbers, making it a refreshing choice for summer. As vegans and natives of New Mexico, we really wanted to love this place, but perhaps it was just an off day. We will give it another try on a warmer day. In terms of vegetarian options, it is advertised as a vegan menu, but there have been rumors of them using honey.

I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely delicious! What a delightful surprise to happen upon this place. We had the burrito and loved the combination of flavors. So different from a typical burrito, it was a nice change of pace. I will be back for sure.
