Starbucks - Arroyo Grande

I went in to the store the other day to get my drink the girl Lizeth was so rude always has a attitude whenever she is working everybody else is always so nice an welcoming someone needs to have a talk with her because it’s literally every time I go in I’ve seen her be rude to other people as well also my drink was horrible

5 employees working and it takes over 30 minutes for 2 cups of coffee!

I usually like this place, this morning they were singing and dancing which I thought was cute. I made a mobile order and after waiting almost 1/2 an hour I checked my phone and it said my order was ready 5 minutes ago. It was not on the counter so I asked and they said they never got my order. They asked to look at my phone and said they would make it. Instead of paying attention, they made 2 drinks which I waited another 10 minutes for with no stickers so we asked if they were ours and they said yes. I left with my 10 year old son and they made 2 drinks that were wrong. Pretty upset for wasting my money and time I called and asked if they could refund me and they said I could drive back or call an 800 number. Pretty dissapponted. Maybe make drinks well and then sing and dance on your free time.

There has been so many times that I have gone through Starbucks and they’re out of what I’m ordering, then I have to sit in the line until I can get through. Need to have better management ordering stuff to make sure they can fill orders. Not a pleasant experience at all.

As I got to the drive thru window I was met with hostility from the barista as i “parked too far for her to reach me” when in reality she was sitting on stool watching her peers do all the work. She then told me I needed to take my body out of the window so she could sit in her stool and barely give the drinks out. it’s disrespectful and rude. This happened at 9AM monday morning 11/13. I’ve had pleasant experiences otherwise but it put a sour taste in my mouth today. Not a fun way to start my week.
