This patisserie is among the top places in Rabat not only because of the quality and taste of their products but more importantly the dedication and commitment of their staff. In particular the professionalism of their customer service personnel Mr. Hamza. His wholehearted approach in dealing with customers is unequal and rare in this kind of business. He leaves nothing to chances. He made sure that orders are completed from the initial customer contact to final delivery of the product. It did not matter if he is on his day off, he would attend to your order in the best way he can regardless. Now, that is what you call customer service at its finest.
