Ponds Cafe Darlington - ARRAWARRA

Love the en-suite sites. Makes having a roof top tent awesome on passing through visits. That is no need to unload much. The only issue with this place is you can hear the trucks on the expressway. Very clean overall. It only lost a star for the noise.

Along our east coast trip we stumbled across this park. Would happily say it’s most likely our favourite caravan park so far. Beautiful trees, great pool and spa, food onsite. Would highly recommend

Awesome place and very well run. Has everything you need for the kiddies or a family reunion including the beach, golf course, lawn bowls, jumping pillows and fantastic pool area. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Darlington beach for a night before having to go home, and to be honest I wish we'd left more time to stay! Our caravan site was easy to park in, has easy to find service connections (water/power and sewer), and is set amongst beautiful mature trees in a park setting. It can be a little shady and cool in winter but well worth it for the gentle sounds of trees you get as background noise. If you're caravanning or camping I recommend giving the ensuite sites a go they look awesome, and your own toilet?! The shared bathroom and laundry facilities were very tidy and well appointed. The walk to the beach isn't too bad and most of it is on a smooth flat road, easy if you tire easily. The triumph of this park are the leisure facilities in my opinion the onsite cafe has lovely staff and serve three meals on most days, the arcade is well appointed with some fun air hockey machines and other coin games, the activities room to help with stir crazy kids, and the coolest water park and pool area. It was freezing when we visited and my 1yr old was gutted I wouldn't let her swim. Caravanning is not for us but my husband and I agree Darlington beach would be a nice little getaway spot for us next time we're down on the coast. Definitely our favourite NRMA park out of the two we visited on our holiday.

We had a great time here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was a lot for our 3 y/o to do, despite the rain and it not being school holidays. We’ll be back.
