We were only staying on Tenerife for one night. Had no idea where we were and arrived late. Walking into town we followed our nose and found this place. Ordered garlic mushrooms, chorizo in cider, lamb chops steak in Roquefort sauce. All of it was cooked to perfection very generous portion sizes. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Menu had some very good choices and seemed to do lots of seafood, we got there late so they had sold out of mussels and prawns. But from the smell and how well our food was cooked I'm sure it would of been delicious too.
We have been eating here for many years. The steaks are amazing, as is all the food. The menu is quite small but all the food is locally sourced and cooked to order. The fresh fish is amazing and simply cooked. Try the swordfish when it is available. Home made chips are so nice and such a nice change from frozen. The portions are generous. Carlos is a charming host and so helpful, producing a vegan meal for my daughter in law which she said was the best meal she had in Tenerife. Looking forward to returning in September.
