La Trattoria Pizzeria - Arona

The food and drinks here were great but the service was absolutely terrible, the server was rude and clearly didn’t care because we were tourists. He was laughing and joking with every other table but ignored us the whole night. When we finally got our plates cleared by him, he never asked if we would like a dessert or another drink, just cleared the plates without a word and never came back, we found it very hard to get someone’s attention to get the bill, when we finally got our servers attention, he proceeded to look and laugh at us with another table he was serving in Spanish! We were extremely disappointed and annoyed with the way we were treated, it’s such a shame because the one drink we got and the food was actually excellent!

Sat down and was ignored by waiters. Finally I asked for a menu which was slung at me. Others around us were served yet we sat still ignored. Finally we just left after 20 minutes.

Very good attention to the customers. christofer, one of the waiters very attentive and salutes the manager of the best professionally.

The service is very good, the rather pleasant atmosphere and the perfect treatment, I am sure that I will return in the future.
