Taco Bell - Arnold

?The good Taco Bell? in Arnold. Usually pretty quick, orders consistently correct.

It's better than it used to be I will say that, however; we get the bag handed to us with the top folded down and a sticker taping it shut. I asked them if our sauces were in there and they assured us it was. We get it home, open the bag and have salsa, no napkins, and missing 2 items we ordered and paid for.

This is what my past 3 orders looked like its always no sauce or no meat or both. The school of the blind can make better tacos. Will not be back!

I hope this message reaches the management of the establishment. I visited the Drive-Thru on May 26 at 9:40 PM. The place was extremely busy, and even though it took a while to get to the window because the orders ahead of mine were not handled very efficiently, the lady taking orders was exceptionally friendly, despite the rush. Having worked in the food industry for 25 years, I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience, especially considering that some of the other Taco Bells I've been to recently have left me disappointed. I ordered three Taco Supremes, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well they were prepared without skimping on ingredients. When I got home and enjoyed my meal, my only regret was not receiving a receipt so that I could commend the night staff. I will definitely choose this Taco Bell over others on my way home from work in the future.

The last few visits I had at other TacoBells, had almost lost me as a customer forever. My son wanted some Tacobell, and I gave in after promising myself to never go there again. Right away I could see this place was different. I wouldn't rate it thecleanest restaurant in the world, but the layout was accomidating and over pretty good for a Taco bell. As we walked up to thecounter, the workers gave us a few minutes to decide and then acknowledged us. We were in no rush as I was trying to get my sonto choose other items besides a cheezy roll up. The cashier then came over to take our order made a joke and took our order. Wetook our seats and the food came out shortly after. My son got the chicken quesadillo, he gobbled it up, a nacho fries, and twocheesy roll ups as well. My guess he loved it. As for me, I got 4 of the Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos. Let me saythis, I smashed those burritos. Every bite seemed more delightful than the previous. It took me back to the old days whenTacobell was good, and they didn't screw up your order. Can't say I'll go back to any other of the bell's locations, but thisone is good to go in my book. Fast friendly service, delicious food, really couldn't ask for more.
