Starbucks - Arnold

The barista took the time to answer all of my questions and even made the awesome suggestion of the blonde espresso in my Apple Crisp Oat Milk Iced . The OGs who been there for a long time are amazing there fast and I get my coffee fast... i know because i been coming here for years..but for the new people who are working there and taking there sweet time to give me my coffee is horrible... like it shouldn't take you 10 minutes to hand me my coffee no wonder the lines are so long

I have been going to this Starbucks for years because it is the closest and most convenient to go to but over the past few years this store has really gone downhill. Mobile ordering takes forever so there's almost no point in using the app anymore, and the drive-thru line wraps around the building and takes at least 10 minutes minimum to get your order even if it's not busy. Most of the time I can understand and feel for the workers because the store does get overwhelmingly busy at times and they're just doing their best with what they can. However, today was the worst service I've ever experienced at this Starbucks. Their app was down today so I went into the store to order and got two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. The coffees were made right away but I was still waiting after 20 minutes for my sandwich when the store wasn't even remotely busy. There were three workers gathered around in a corner just talking and I had to go up to the counter multiple times to ask about my sandwich. I eventually gave up and just asked for a refund. This is not the first time I've had to ask about a food item I've ordered after I got my coffee, but it is the first time I've ever asked for a refund. I've never actually taken the time to write out a Google review before and it might not do much, but honestly I'd rather go out of my way to go to another Starbucks that's down the road than keep wasting my time at this place.

The long time employees here are great ! But for the most part someone new must be making my drink 75% of the time. It’s not a bad drink. Just not right. Watery, bitter, too thick , little flavor etc. there’s no music on the patio and it usually looks dirty. Last time I had a 7 day challenge going and their computer was down and it was impossible to get credit so I lost a chance at 100 stars Target is definitely better but I like the patio at Arnold and target will not give stars for using a personal cup. Sure would be nice if Arnold got their act together
