Panda Express - Arnold

Walked in to a completely empty restaurant. The employees were arguing on who needed to take my order. They just stood there and looked at me arising among themselves. I wasn?t greeted or even acknowledged just treated like a problem for walking in to grab lunch

Went to panda today to get some food from my parents and had a really great time :D . Morgan was my server and he was so sweet the whole time and even gave me extra veggie rolls and tbh it made my day <3 def coming back ???

The Arnold location is run very poorly and inappropriately. It?s dirty 90% of the time, restrooms are disgusting and always out of soap(how are employees washing their before returning to work), employees are fully clothed sitting in the sink full of water that is meant to wash the dishes. If I could give this place no stars I would. Horribly run and terrible customer service!

It had the fullest portion sizes I've ever seen from panda express, the food tasted even better than normal, and the people working there were super nice.

It took forever at checkout someone had a coupon that they didn?t know how to apply. Even the manager was struggling and tables were dirty. I mentioned to manager who was n his way out. He said he told them to clean after rush. Bathroom no soap and water on floor behind toilet. Food ok.
