Long John Silver's (32128) - Arnold

The food is always served hot and fresh at this restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. This place has the best fish and chips in town.

I had the worst experience ever at a Long John Silver's. The food was hot on the outside but cold on the inside. The only thing that was halfway decent was the fries.

We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 expecting to have a quick meal, but were informed by the cashier that they were only offering carry out service. We were not interested in carry out as we preferred to eat in the restaurant to avoid the food becoming soggy on the way home. Feeling disappointed, we were further surprised to learn that they closed at 8, as I thought I could easily eat a few pieces of fish in mere minutes. After leaving, we checked the restaurant's hours on Google and found that they actually closed at 9:45. Confused, we called the restaurant and were told by a female employee that they closed at 9. This discrepancy in information left us feeling like we may have been unfairly treated.

Ehhh. It’s ok. Messed up orders occasionally but not bad. Def under staffed. I felt bad for the teenagers working.

My wife and I walked in dressed in complete pirate clothing and not a single person working there even blinked an eye, for all they know I could've been Long John
