At the kitchen level, this restaurant deserves 5 stars, no doubt! The dishes are delicious, well presented, wanted, fine, it's all good. I removed a star for three reasons: 1. The waiting between two dishes is too important. 3h30 for 2 entries 1 dish and a dessert 1 amuse mouth and a sorbet) is too much. And again we asked for the addition from the dessert, otherwise we could have counted 4h easy. 2. In the end when we get out of there we are at the limit of being already hungry, because it's very good yes, but the quantities are 'gastronomic'... Especially if the meal lasts lead. 3. 6€ the half litre of flat water, do not abuse...

Flats with good flavors, fast service and good presentation of dishes. I just think it's more a restaurant for winter than for summer.

High quality menu. It's worth the detour, I recommend the eyes closed.
