Noodles And Company - Arlington Heights

The pasta was extremely dry. We ordered the pesto cavatappi with extra sauce, but they charged us for it and only provided a small spoonful. The pasta itself lacked any seasoning, and the portions were quite small. I wouldn't recommend this place! This is our third experience, and it's been disappointing.

I ordered take out. Food was ready when I arrived. Food was excellent! Very friendly staff!

We waited in line for 25 minutes, but they wouldn't take our orders. After that, it took another 25 minutes to receive a mac and cheese.

I ordered the Penne Rosa with tofu, and unfortunately, the tofu was incredibly tough, almost like leather. I experienced the same issue with my last order. I thought I’d give it another try to see if it was just a one-time occurrence, but it seems that’s not the case. If I decide to order again, tofu won't be included in my meal.

The employee who took our order was rude. When I asked her to be a little nicer she said that I didn’t ask her how she was doing. In my opinion, she was the one who should have asked us. Either way, the whole situation took place over me asking if a cookie counted as part of the meal. She went and listed all other options which is not what I asked for. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.
