This place was fantastic. You can literally see that the food was made fresh when you walk in. Very unassuming place but don?t let that fool you because the food tasted amazing. Plenty of quantity for the price (hard to say that often in Arlington). I ordered the General Tso Chicken and Hot and Sour soup and everything tasted great. For anyone that prefers spicy food, I would recommend asking for higher levels of spice in the dishes because the standard version is not spicy

The chicken was low quality, the breading was slimy, the soup smelled funny, all of the sauces lacked flavor, and the dumplings made me nauseous. The only reason I gave two stars was because it was delivered quickly and the delivery guy was friendly.
Top?s China food is great . One reason that the food is great is that it is much more HEALTHY than food I get from other Chinese restaurants. The Chinese restaurant in N. Arlington, near the Courthouse, serves a lot of oily, greasy food that is often drenched in sauces, and is often not fresh. The food at TOPS is magnificent and very fresh. I have tried many restaurants. I know that I will order from TOPS many times in the future. The best Chinese in Arlington. I like
This is the first time ordering any fastfood/takeout since the start of the pandemic.(yes, I home-cooked for the past 1.5yrs or so daily). Nevertheless, I ordered a variety because I wasn't sure what I wanted. I ordered chicken wings and fried rice, wonton soup, general tso lunch special, and Singapore rice noodles. I must say, everything tasted just as I remember Chinese-American takeout food to taste. It was sooooo yummy! I miscalculated my tip to the delivery guy, but I
