Wendy's - Arlington

I love Wendys, I went thru the ride thru and in my order, but forgot to get me a strawberry limonade and when I asked the gurl in the window she was so nice she gave me, I didn't have to pay now, that's how you care about the customers, holding her back. I wish I asked for her name to let her know she's brilliant.

Don't order this place again. they are not good customer service. I order my order. they said the door was delivered. the man from the door that not delivered enough to my order. missing item. I tell them they said they were not responsible for the delivery.

I ordered large frits that were fresh and hot and their bathroom was very present.

I don’t usually eat fast food, but I stopped by Big Chicken Butter Cookies while transitioning between jobs. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The combo I ordered was not good at all. The potato wedges were hard and overly crispy, and both the chicken and biscuit were tough, especially the cookies. It was a really unsatisfying breakfast. Additionally, the coffee was so strong that I had to add more cream than I usually do.

Had a very large order today, good amount of specification and they got it perfect and pretty quick too. I have lots of bad experiences with fast food lately, but wanted to give this Wendy’s a shout out for a good job today.
