Taco Cabana - Arlington

Just like many short-staffed fast food establishments, this restaurant was a bit slow. The quality of the food was only okay. However, the most concerning part was witnessing two employees behind the counter: one was scratching his belly under his shirt while preparing food, and the other coughed into her hands before continuing her tasks. There was no manager available to address these issues.

I am giving 5 stars specifically for Robbie's exceptional customer service! My family loves Taco Cabana, so I frequently stop by to pick up their orders. Robbie always greets me warmly and with a smile, even when others may not seem as cheerful. This is just my personal experience, but Robbie truly stands out for always making me feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you, Robbie, for consistently providing excellent service!

Robbie in the window is so sweet and super helpful, he had all the answers to everything we asked, honestly, it was the best customer service I received in every fast food restaurant, everyone was just nice as possible! I appreciate how happy and helpful everyone was on shift!

We occasionally keep up with Taco Cabana on our way home. I asked Robbie today if he liked his job because he's always so kind and ready to help at any time when we get through! He said yes! He loves his job! He's here for seven years! That's so great! Very rare to meet someone with so much joy and kindness.... Here! Taco Cabana is very blessed to have Robbie.
