Taco Bell - Arlington

The food was actually good for once. Most T bells the pita bread is hard or soggy. This time it was actually fresh and tasted good. And I think they do something different with the meat here because I usually have to blow up a toilet 30 minutes after I eat, but this time I actually didn't have too for once.

The staff was incredibly friendly to my sister, even considering our food allergens. They ensured that we weren't overcharged and that our orders were correct. The woman who took our order came back to check on us, which was a really nice gesture. We're not from Texas, but if we were, we would definitely return, as this was the best Taco Bell experience I've had so far.

Horrible customer service, order on the mobile app and it didn't give me an option to pick Baja blast asked the cashier if she could switch it for me and told me no because it said another drink on the receipt and not what I asked for.

I visited Taco Bell to order a group taco, but the box they provided was faulty and my food fell out. When I asked for a refund or a replacement, they refused to help, saying they didn’t want to take responsibility. I ended up losing $40—definitely save your money; it's not worth it!

The food was tasty, and the cashier was friendly, but during my last visit, I wanted to add a chicken Supreme burrito to my order at the window. They told me I would have to go through the drive-thru again, which I refused. I asked to speak with the manager, and they ended up making it for me. Just shaking my head.
