The coworker named neecy made the sub-parts better than we ever had! she ensured that our speck was crispy instead of barely cooked! she was very friendly and had an excellent customer service! we will come back for her!

Metro is amazing that I love that this place is clean and only serve, take it pick up delivery. the service here is great that I go back. great location great eating with full menu.

Great service and this young lady was very detailed and unbelievable in filling the order! she is the one of burleson was 5 plus stars for customer service and great talks while making a sandwich. in any case would give 10 stars if possible. thanks for the great lunch and service

I have been a customer at this restaurant for years, but recently the management has become terrible. The quality of the food has decreased significantly, and it seems like there is always a lack of employee staffing during lunch hours. On my most recent visit, I found bugs in the cheese display, and the salad and tomatoes looked old. I will not be returning to this location, as there are much better options on Park Row and Bowen. The management needs to make some serious changes, whether it be hiring employees who take pride in their work or paying closer attention to the quality of their products.
