Starbucks Coffee - Arlington

High traffic, but but the management does a good job of hiring and staffing to keep keep the line movin. Knowledgeable employees who recognize regulars and recommend drinks to those who don 't frequent Starbucks helps greatly. There are often a host of 'campers ' who sit on the outlets, so be prepared to have to either sit outside or move on to another location.

I still prefer Dunkin Donuts because they make the coffee for you (milk and sugar) but this store had friendly folks. Edison dropped his cupcake and they gave him a new one. That says they understand customer service. It wasn't that busy and there was plenty of seating though they should put tables outside.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the world! The staff knows me by name because they take the time to ask. Everyone here makes a genuine effort to start my day off right. They are incredibly friendly, and the employees really know how to make you feel welcome. Tass and the entire team are fantastic! I love coming here for my morning coffee. I highly recommend it!

Starbucks Coffee maintains its consistent flavor no matter the location, and the service is excellent. However, the staff turnover is quite high. The recent renovations have changed the seating, but the new arrangement may not be the most comfortable choice.

The space is a bit cramped, similar to spots you’d find in Heavenly Village, especially in winter when locals gather around the seasonal mini ice rink and shoppers come from everywhere. Despite the close quarters, the staff operates efficiently, ensuring your drinks are made with minimal wait time. Overall, it’s just what you'd expect from any other Starbucks.
