Starbucks - Arlington

It's a starbucks. Only one of the four employees welcomed me when I came in. I've waited a few minutes until someone takes my order. It wasn't very busy. Not sure how busy the drive was. The interior seemed much darker than usual. Food: 1/5

Orders placed online at this point are confiscated. It's strange that I haven't experienced my online orders before I get to other places. My order was new, but I had to wait 30 minutes. You keep your orders behind the counter until you arrive, which is better.

Too small. Came to enjoy a coffee and take care of a business on my laptop. Customer service was great. Music was too loud and the few tables were too smallFood: 3/5

I was charged a price for a big cup. When Barista gave me my order, I noticed that the size was wrong. I confirmed that I ordered a big one, she said that the cup size is correct and that the sizes are now smaller. We pay a higher price for a much smaller portion. I am very concerned with this modern practice of profit. This is the first time I've experienced this at Starbucks, maybe it's just this place.

Very hit or miss... Could be out of cups or certain items... Some days staff are nice and good other days they just don't care. Could be different shiftsFood: 3/5
