P.f. Chang's Arlington, Tx

Apparently, the system of P.F chang is not connected to open table. we have made a reservation and we will still say that we have to wait an hour because their system does not show any reservations from open table. we left and went somewhere else.

Everything was in order, except this place does not recognize any reservations from open table anymore. fortunately we were there early and had only 15 minutes waiting

They did not honor my reservation by an open table. I waited for almost 2 hours for placement.

They said they are no longer on open table. She said she gets this 10-20 times per day, but have not been on open table for over a month. But yet I showed her my open table reservation. She said she would get us sat in 20 minutes so we waited. 40 minutes later we were sat. After checking back with her and asking why it’s taking so long. Numerous empty tables, just not bussed. After we were sat, food and service was what we expected. No issues. We were their 2 hrs. Never saw a manager 1 time. Hostess was telling everyone who came in 1:45-2hr wait. Most turned around and left. When we left there was 17 un-bussed tables. She was still telling people 2 hr wait time. No idea why.

This PF Changs does not use open table to do reservations so my reservation time was useless. I still had to wait 35 mins to be seated.
