Panera Bread - Arlington

I've never had such a small amount of stuff between 2 pieces of bread until today. The only redeeming quality is that where the meat and stuff is actually good. That's ridiculous. I paid $14 for it. I usually love Panera. I will not make the mistake of coming back to this. Food: 2/5

It wasn't very busy, but we waited 25 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches. You forgot to give us our cinnamon roll (which we recognized before leaving). After returning to the Airbnb, all 4 of the breakfast sandwiches missing sausages. Not the experience I'm used to visiting Panera. Food: 2/5

Really? I'm going here with my daughter. The young lady in front looks at me and doesn't say hello nothing! I asked the mg When she spoke English!! Bad customer service... we went straight. Mgr didn't seem to care. I wouldn't dare come back here again!

I often go to Panera and never had a bad experience until this morning. I ordered an egg and cheese on a Brioche back on the app. I picked up my order and was willing to swallow it. I'm in a sandwich, and I'll notice something doesn't taste right now. It had bacon on it! I have been free from pork for over 2 years (pescatarian). Before I jumped to conclusions, I had to make sure I didn't order the wrong sandwich... I didn't. I'm glad I was in my car. I took it right away. When the guy in the register brought it back where they prepare the sandwiches, and the young lady said what happened, she had the boldness to laugh as if it were a joke. No ma'am! Not cool. She made the sandwich right. My appetite was ruined this time. I understand people make mistakes, but at least apologetic.

Order was supposed to be ready at my arrival. Got email saying order is ready for pickup. I arrived and it wasn’t at the pickup shelf. Counter person told me they were working on it, I ended up waiting 30 minutes. Come to find out someone else grabbed my order. It took them that long to figured it out. Wasted all my lunchtime there.
