Orchid City Fusion Cafe - Arlington

This is a great spot for fish dishes. I had the salmon, which was beautifully complemented by some spicy fried rice. Next, I might try one of the burgers or go for the crawfish and crab legs boil.

Update: I returned to try the food again, and unfortunately, my crawfish fried rice tasted burnt this time. I'm not sure if I’ll order any more rice dishes in the future.

This is my review of Orchard City Café. The pork belly was terrible; it was essentially a piece of rib with a lot of fat. It didn't taste like real pork belly at all. The vegetables were oversized and they really need to hire someone to chop them up smaller. In another picture, you can see the basil rice topped with fried chicken, but the chicken was burnt. It seems like they just don't care. My husband had to wait 30 minutes for this so-called pork belly, which was really just fatty ribs. I don't know who they think they're fooling. I'm not sure if I’ll be returning anytime soon. When they first opened, the food was good, but it’s gone downhill since then. I have no idea who is working there now, but the quality is awful.

Sorry but will we not be going back here. The garlic noodles had chunks of burnt pieces of something in it like from an old pan. The fried rice was the same issue and legit inedible. Crawfish was super salty and bao buns were hard/old. And look at our over easy egg. ????

The food is amazing. I order the pork buns at least twice a month. The burgers are delicious too. The staff is also outstandingly friendly.
