Mcdonald's - Arlington

You really have a 50/50 chance of getting great service or horrible service at this location......Kid-friendliness: They have an indoor play area, it's not always as clean as it should be......

Not sure what changes yall made but your food taste

This restaurant is by far the worst. They take a long time to serve you, even when they are not busy. The workers are lazy and often seen talking on the phone or to each other, and they even mess with your food. Overall, this is a terrible place to order from and to visit.

The location of this restaurant is awful. Expect long waits in line and difficulty customizing your order. The Mansfield and Kennedale Parkway locations are much better choices.

This was one of the better McDonald's I've been to In months. Maybe even years. I didn't need to to use the kiosk which was a great pleasure. And service was very much with a smile and decent food.
