Found this place while walking to the job site and saw there vegan menu, I’ve been back five times now the vegan options are fantastic. The torta sandwiches are the best

Jose's has great vegan burritos and tacos. Our favorites are the ones made with vegan chorizo. They're super flexible and will work with you to make any dish vegan.

Vegan menu is in the restaurant but not on the website. It's a full menu too not just a token vegan dish or two. We have eaten every item on the vegan menu and it is all fantastic. The vegan tortas are among the best, if not THE best vegan sandwiches I have ever eaten. The vegan menu is impressive for a restaurant that is not all vegan. If the vegan menu was all they offered it would still be considered a full menu for a small spot. Mostly a take out place with overall moderate selection befitting a small take out restaurant. But there are a few tables for dining in for groups of up to 4 or 5 , and the atmosphere is very warm and comfortable. Definitely a nice spot to have a relaxing lunch or dinner with friends or family. It feels like a family restaurant with good vibes and friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable , you can walk out with a satisfying meal for under $10. If you are in the area and like Mexican food, this is a must stop vegan meal destination. My current favorite spot to eat out in Arlington.

I have the vegan Torta sandwich for $11. It was like a 4 outta 10 not so happy cows. I have the chips and salsa to the chips.
