Jack In The Box - Arlington

I ordered the sausage breakfast croissant, which I always do, but typically not from this particular location. To my surprise, they didn't include the eggshells in the food! It was great! The girl at the drive-thru window was also very polite and got my order right. Overall, a pleasant experience!

I was thrilled to find this restaurant open on Christmas, as there were only a few places open that day. I decided to take my Dad for a drive and we stopped by for a milkshake. I ordered a Diet Coke, but received a regular Coke instead. This was not a good choice for me as I have diabetes. While it wasn't a huge issue, it was still a waste of money. Paying attention to detail would definitely be a plus for this restaurant.

I paid a lot of money for my food, but the tacos were terrible - they were cold.

Would not allow me to order in the drive through after 3am stating online or delivery orders only. I pulled into the parking lot and tried to order online and their site was down so I couldn't order. I drove 12 miles round trip and couldn't order in the drive through. That's totally insane.Service: 1/5
