Jack In The Box - Arlington

Honestly, this is the worst place ever!! I messed up and ordered from here on the mobile app. I'm now 10 minutes in my waiting on the ride thru and the poor girl who works the window looks completely lost. I asked to pay for my order, and I was like no ma'am, I placed a mobile order. The garbage can overflow with garbage outside. I can see how the ice-caffe pitchers are sitting on the counter. Well, I checked my order before I left the window, after 17 minutes in line they missed an item. She left a sauce on the ground and then took it up and put it in my pocket. Yes!

I'd give them 5 stars for everyone. But they have a part of my order wrong. On my ultimate cheese burger, after Mayonnaise, I asked no ketchup no mustard. But what they gave me was not a ketchup, not a must. The only thing wrong was the ultimate cheeseburger cold. The rest of my order was really good.

Orders are made incorrect. Long lines. Always early (as 8 a.m.) when everything says they are open. You need a new management or something. If you can't run a layer right or keep employees, then something is obviously wrong

My experience was never good. Trying again this morning is not only the screen in the drive yet out. It's been out for months, but they never answered. Drove around and I could see someone there. Definitely won back

Sitting next to a bigger name place might make you overlook this restaurant. It was very good.Food: 5/5
