Dave Buster's - Arlington

I'm not sure why this restaurant has a low rating. When we took my grandchildren there, we found that the food and service were better than most other restaurants I have been to.

The poor service at this restaurant is definitely a result of bad management. It was very disorganized! We came with a young child hoping for a quick meal and were promptly seated, but it was downhill from there.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Dave & Buster's in over a decade. Our group of 17 was seated after about a 20 minute wait. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

I had a 16th birthday for my daughter and 6 of her friends in a private room. The server was very attentive. The party was ready to go when we arrived (20 mins early). The food was great (full size burgers, chicken strips, pizza bites, fries, and endless drink refills). This was our 4th trip to this location. We will be back. All the kids we took had never been to Dave Busters. They loved it.

We attended a birthday party at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They provided us with detailed directions to the party room and even escorted us there. The waitresses in the party room were also fantastic, always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the future and considering hosting our own parties there. Thank you for a great experience!
