Cut Bourbon - Arlington

Service was excellent. Stopped in for brunch. My girlfriend ordered the half chicken and waffles. Just be aware that it's literally half a chicken with waffles. I thought it was odd to have bone-in chicken but other than that the food was great.

Came for a girls brunch, and had the best time. Lauren, our server, was attentive and courteous without being invasive! The food was really and drinks were great too. Plan to come back with even more friends next time!

While restaurant was nice, I feel it's only considered upscale because of location. I frequently dine at upscale locations, this left much to be desired. The hotel it's attached too is nice extremely close to the sports facilities. The traffic through the restaurant is heavy from the hotel, breaking ambiance. While I only had breakfast, it was very bland, overcooked, and overpriced. Bar is good for a drink but I would not eat here again. I could only imagine paying a high price for a subpar dinner midgrade experience.

Lauren out server was amazing and took great care of us! She provided great recommendations and remembered and used our names the entire time.

We arrived 30 minutes before close and instead of making us feel rushed, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Lauren was our waitress. She made excellent recommendations and provided exceptional service! All our food was delicious! Looking forward to coming back! If you ever come here ask for Lauren…she’s great!
