Chick-fil-a - Arlington

Made a mobile order for wrong location. Honest mistake. I live in Pentagon City vs Crystal City. I wasn't able to pick up due to.me being omw to work. I am told it's policy I can't get a refund. If I am unable to get the items I should get my money back. That makes no sense to me. Very disappointing and definitely not ordering anytime soon.

I have been patronizing Chick-fil-A Crystal City for over 3 years. It is my favorite Chick-fil-A location due to the excellent staff who always goes above and beyond. Every member works very hard to keep customers like me happy. Ulda Evelin keep the restaurant spotless, and it has been a pleasure to get to know Brenda, Latrell Ronald. I always look forward to my visits for excellent food and service.
