Buffalo Wing Grill - Arlington

My husband and I are here for vacation and we tried this place out after a long day of Six Flags. This establishment is very spacious, the customer service is great and speedy. The food came out quick and it was fresh and hot! The food was absolutely delicious! I had the spaghetti meatballs with mozzarella sticks and my husband had the Philly cheesesteak with the Parmesan Cajun fries with wings! My hubby says it was the best sandwich he’s ever had! Definitely give this place a try!

It was late around 11ish...we headed home from a long day out chillin with Mista and friends. He wanted wings. Goggled this spot. Said open until 2 or 3 am. We pulled up. You can 't go inside after a certain hour, but you can order at this window. It was cool a couple was seating outside enjoying their meal I can tell. Mista and our daughter went to window to order food. They both came back telling me how rude the gentleman was. Like no customer service skills at all. Just telling them everything he was out of. Only had a few wings left. They were upset with the customer service. We get home and started eating the wings. They weren 't that bad. They were full of flavor and hot. Which I enjoyed. The next morning I asked my daughter if she liked the wings. She stated yes they were good. I asked would she go back there. She stated I don 't know ?. That man was rude for no reason if he doesn 't like his job he should do something else. He just was mean for no reason. So I doubt it. There you have it. Coming from a 17 year old. You works at a fast food restaurant and she knows CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY! 1st and LAST TIME CUSTOMER. P.S. Gave 3 stars ? cause I can 't lie wings were good!

The owner I guess charged me on my card three different times for the same meal and I can guarantee that he knew he was doing it because he kept saying that my password was incorrect I didn’t take it the pin code was wrong but I know my pin code I just thought he was having some technical difficulties on his side well come to find out I got charged three times for one mill and then another three more times for salad 21$ for a salad He was very unprofessional very attentive and very disrespectful wouldn’t recommend spending your money there

The wings are nasty and overcooked to hard to even eat.The rice smells funny and taste like a whole bunch of pepper.The philly cheese steak was the only thing that was alright!!
