Indeed, the place has not changed much since this painter immortalized it in 1888 in his canvas The Night Coffee. It is classified as Historical Monuments. It is therefore a very popular place of tourists, but it offers good food, especially the "much paella that cooks at the entrance of the terrace, and whose smell and colors put water to the mouth very well. In addition, the place of the Forum is full of charm, very animated from morning to evening, in an atmosphere that would make us believe to be in Spain...
We returned with pleasure on this beautiful partially covered terrace. dishes are always as copyy, well presented and of exceptional quality for the menu price, even on Sundays. the concealment of the forgetting numbering of the tables gave rise to a joyous bazaar in a complete disorganization of the service, which, however, remained polite and cordial. the lack of organization of novice servers will need to be studied loan brokerage before the service if you do not want to continue to provoke the agace that has been heard gronder on the 4 neighbouring tables. Everything ended well with a smile.
Nice discovery. Welcome very friendly by a dynamic and smiling team. Exceptional service. A great bravo to the chef: the dishes sent are simply remarkable. We were 6, and all stressed the application of work in the kitchen. Lazarus and his colleagues are just as effective. A huge BRAVO to the whole team. And thank you for this moment of shared happiness.
We wanted to have lunch in this place, we settled on the terrace without knowing the opinions and fortunately because we would surely have passed our way. frankly we ate very well, the waitress and waitress really very well, present and listening, we have had a good time!
For the second time this month I will be counter-current of the majority of opinions, but this time in a positive sense. how all these opinions have their own limit. Although the bottle of plastic water does not classify a restaurant especially if it is barely cold. it is true that it was enough to ask for ice cubes! finding a service a bit confusing, but sympathetic so nothing serious. We were able to pay by credit card so nothing to say about it. for the rest: we arrived late in the evening and were welcomed. We reported allergies and it was told that the kitchen was made at the last moment that had no problems. and, indeed, there is a real stove in the furnace and, it seems, for years. the seiche at the plancha was a copyful, and perfectly cooked. as well as the fettucini to the gambas. excellent sauce, gambas succulent. At the next table, very satisfied customers of their chocolate melting (season). It is therefore a pity that this establishment will not make some efforts that would allow to erase all these negative opinions in the future that I read the evening before writing this notice. if I had read them before it is certain that I would not have gone there. It would have been a shame, because I had a very good time in this place. Like what?
