Contribuiți la feedbackI literally had four kids and myself waiting patiently to order while there was a manager and like 5 employees standing around. Ironically the supervisor was yelling at her employees about their customer service and time availability all while ignoring us. One of them finally noticed us and pointed us to the cash register across the side from us and told us to use the kiosk to order (which didn’t work). We waited and tried to get their eye contact before getting annoyed and walking out without another word being said or being noticed. Terrible terrible customer service and loss of 5 sales and I was wanting to order a cake for Fathers Day. Two thumbs down. What a disappointment for the kids.
Coffee is ok; still no gluten free foods. Another national chain that has a 0FG policy to those with allergies.
Man. I have had the worst experience with this place. Every time I order and get my order it's wrong. Need to listen what the customer is requesting.
If I could do negative stars, I would. This place is trash. The worst location that exists in the Dunkin franchise. They never have any food, their customer service is horrendous, when you do get your order its always wrong. Just avoid this place at all costs. Its better to go hungry than to deal with this place. Absolutely terrible.
They never have food, and most times the coffee is poorly made whether its burnt or watery. Best to save your money. Only reason it gets a 2-star is because sometimes they give good service, but I wouldn't expect it. Most of it's problems likely aren't the employees' fault anyway.
