FABULLES, RARISSIME, A TUERIA... A RECOMMENDATIONS On holiday in Argelès, we tested LE CHALUTIER (several times) whose owner has changed since December 2021. EXCELLENT from the entrance to the dessert... be it the net of Julienne, the Tataki of Thon rouge, meats, avocado shrimp, chocolate mousse where the chef's specialty, sangria also, everything is more than excellent. Finally a restaurant that is not a tourist trap. The reception and service are perfect. The boss and the chief are super nice and on top. What happiness...
