I stumbled upon this little corner of paradise quite by chance. Tucked away from the bustling main street of Argasi lined with restaurants offering 'authentic greek cuisine ', this hidden gem offers some of the best food and drink I have ever had in Greece. As you enter the small gate leading into the garden, Andonis and his friendly crew greet you as if you have been invited to their home for dinner, offering a cozy retreat from the crowded town and noisy streets. All the ingredients are local, fresh, and carefully selected, but it is the creative and delicious combination of these ingredients, along with the love and attention for small details that have the power to turn a simple plate into a feast for the palate. Accompanied by excellent local wines or superb cocktails, the experience is unique. Friendly, knowledgeable and laid back, Marlen 's hosts introduce you to a wonder of tastes, consistencies and fragrances that change your idea of greek food forever. Thank you!

So beautiful!! The only place we visited twice during our stay on Zakynthos!! Wonderfully located at the beach, amazing building which is super nicely decorated (loved the bathroom tiles : , great cocktails, lovely staff and great DJ (shazamed like ever other song and playing 'em in my apartment 24/7 now in memories of Marlen : .
