I tavoli nella splendida Piazza Grande...e la simpatia dello staff. L'offerta e i prezzi sono in linea con le attese

Devo dare atto alla signora Angioletta, alla figlia ed al tutto il personale, perché effettivamente sono riusciti a creare un locale eccezionale. Vorrei soffermarmi sul servizio. Ho seguito passo passo il servire in tavola, la disponibilità nel consigliare i vari piatti ed il modo di porre le pietanze. Questa alta professionalità la si trova solo in eleganti ristoranti, ma la signora ed il suo staff non hanno bisogno di apprendere altro. Tutto quello che viene presentato viene seguito da una competente spiegazione, senza annoiare il cliente con termini altosonanti. Il fatto che siamo ritornati il giorno dopo di nuovo a pranzo, conferma tutto quanto scritto.

We came for lunch to this wonderful restaurant in the heart of Arezzo. All service personnel was very friendly and attentive. Food came quickly and tasted excellent.
