El Buda Profano - Arequipa

Really wonderfully made sushi, my partner and I ordered a piece sharing plate as well as another mixed plate of pieces. This was a really nice amount for people, alongside the mango and ginger juice as well. Fantastic textures and flavours, you...really don't miss the fish at all! One of the most reasonably priced dinners we had in the city, with no sacrifice to the quality. Definitely a restaurant worth visiting during a trip to Arequipa.

Nice idea to open a vegan sushi in Arequipa, but miso soup was very poor with nothing inside and the sushi a little bit dry.

We were looking for something cheap and fresh for lunch. The sushi menu was very simple in the case of the sushi, as there were pieces of different types. I would rather recommend the menu for people which is the variety...is quite better. The mixed sushi was great!

Came here with my girlfriend and it was honestly incredible. We went twice because it was so nice the first time and it was as good the second time as it was the first. Cannot recommend this place enough, everything from the drinks, to the...tea, to the sushi, to the ramen, was amazing.

I had already decided to visit this restaurant before i reached Arequipa based on all the fantastic reviews. I was not disappointed at all. The waiter was laid back and friendly, the food came promptly and was utterly delicious. I will definitely be visiting it...again before I leave.
