Timberland Pub - Area A (Cassidy/Cedar)

Great service and food! Biggest Chicken Club i’ve ever had. The Seafood Chowder is amazing, and made in-house. Highly recommend Timberland’s Pub when in Ladysmith.

Update It's been a year since the initial review. Me and my partner still enjoy coming to our neighborhood pub. They always have a daily special and this time ordered wings with caesar salad for $15.95, pretty decent It was nice to go out and dine inside a restaurant for a change. I didn't order anything fancy, just a quesadilla and soup. Soup was bacon cheddar, sounds weird, but was actually really delicious My partner ordered oysters and fries, it looked plain, but he enjoyed it just the same. Most dishes come with soup, fries or salad, which is nice to have choices. Service was quick, considering it was the first weekend of indoor dining.

After we did a hike in the hills behind the pub, it was time to rehydrate and we were hungry to. For an appetizer we had the pakoras, they were delicious and authentic. For my early dinner I had the Halibut Chips. Again, I wasn't disappointed. Generous sized pieces of Halibut with an ample amount of fries. Both were served hot and fresh. As for our waitress, she didn't let our glasses run empty. Her timing on coming to our table to see how everything was or if we needed anything was perfect. We will definitely return for a cold pint and some of tastiest pub food we've had in a while.

Have gone here many times while attending the school down the road. Always good food and friendly staff. The house curry is amazing with either chicken or shrimp... and I don't normally even like curry. The pizzas are some of the best I've had as well, loaded with lots of toppings and tons of cheese. The potatoe skins pictured are the best I've had and good crispy wings. The beer selection on tap is ok and they have the usual for bottles. Prices are reasonable especially for the area.

I love the Timberland Pub. Great place for a quick lunch. The food is Great and the service is exceptional. Christa behind the bar and Cyan was our server. Could not have been a more welcoming staff with excellent service. The food is Great and prices are also very good.
