El Patron Subs Grill - Arden

Get the Quesadilla plate!!The pork (al pastor) is my go-to. Their tacos are street tacos minus the street and food truck. I live across the street from El Patrón. My #1 favorite Mexican restaurant. PS THEY OPEN AT 6:00 WITH A FULL MENU!!

In a gas station, so the atmosphere is what it is, but it's easily the best Mexican Food in Asheville, hands down.

After many months of watching my coworkers eat their lunches and smelling the aromas of a fresh cooked handmade burger, I could resist no longer to find out where such a purchase was being made. To my surprise I was sent up the street to a local gas and convenience store with a small restaurant inside. El Patron. I had to have one of these burgers I'd heard so much about. I ordered the Super Burger, topped with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. A side of fresh, crisp, hot fries accompanied my burger. I sunk my teeth in and was immediately enlightened to what my coworkers had known for so long. This place makes a delicious burger! They make it fast, they make it with a smile, and it's price is on point! I am looking forward to exploring their menu further but now know I can always count on them for a delicious handmade burger. Try it for yourself one day, you won't regret it!

Great fast food..lots of Choices and horchata is the best!

The food here is legit!! I had the Al Pastor tacos, and the chicken tacos and both were really good! I didn't try any of their subs, but have heard good things about the non Hispanic food on the menu. Was looking for a good taco ? spot on the Southside of town, and this place slaps!!Parking: It's in a gas station with plenty of parking, especially on the side where the door to the restaurant is located
