Wingstop - Arcola

This place is ridiculous! I have ordered from here several times and it is a hit or miss, but this last painting was a miss especially tonight! I ordered a 10 piece wing because they screw my previous order, I got a free mais and pommes. I come into the load to pick up my order, and my wings are not wet when I asked my fries are soggy and cold and full crumb as if they just have thrown in shredded and they forget my mais. I ask them if they can wet my wings because they were dry. the girl argues with me saying that they are wet (even if they don't) they take my wings give them back and now it looks like a wing soup. I ask the workers that they eat that? seriously, what in your understanding makes you think it's okay to give someone so much sauce in their wings? I assume when they were funny. I get my fries back and there is no seasoned on them and the mais was over boiled and tuff tasting. I will never order from this place again. get better cook or people who understand what they want when they order!

It was my first time ordered on the app so I did not trust with him my Gmail nickname instead of my card name. So I went and told the older woman and she had an employment, I checked my gmail after I charged my bank. she gave me a cup without lid and took the entrance from the bag, so I don't even know who's complaining leader against. I will definitely not go back, the fries and wings were cold and the wings had the wrong taste for them.

The service was quick, the staff was friendly and hardworking, and the food was excellent! Although the fries were cold, we still enjoyed our meal.

The customer service does not exist at this location. several employees drink over other employees who prepare to eat. at the entrance of the facility, only the young lady, the orders before the door / while on the phone greeted me as I went into, as all others stood do absolutely nothing except one that prepares the order. fries were burned and not properly seasoned per request. eating at this place is not what I expected.

The customer service at this restaurant is lacking. I witnessed several employees drinking while others were preparing the food. When I entered the facility, only the young lady taking orders greeted me, while everyone else seemed to be idle. The fries were burnt and not seasoned as requested. Overall, the food at this location did not meet my expectations.
